Expansive Healing — Heal Yourself. Heal Your World & Showing Up Matters
Who I Am — and Who I'm Not
I'm Daphne, founder of Expansive Healing. I'm an instructor, educator, and certified neuroplasticity coach — not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional of any kind.
Everything you'll find here — Meet Your TEAM, the 21 Day Break the Dance Challenge, the Seeker's Circle, Quest I and II, the blog, and every freebie in between — is inner companion work. It's designed to walk alongside the professional care you may already have, or may need, not to replace it.
What This Means in Practice
Coaching and teaching here means helping you recognize your own patterns — the habits, reactions, and self-talk that run on autopilot — and turning that awareness into small, repeatable, brain-friendly practices.
Recognizing a pattern is not the same as diagnosing it. I do not diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions of any kind. If something you're working through here points toward a clinical or medical need, I will name that clearly, and help you consider the right next step — including a referral to the resource libraries linked below.
On Brain Science & Neuroplasticity
When this work references neuroplasticity, brain science, or ways the brain can change, it describes general mechanisms supported by current research — not a promise about your specific outcome. Change through repeated practice is possible; it isn't automatic, instant, or guaranteed, and it looks different for everyone.
If You Need Support Right Now
If you are in immediate physical danger, call 911.
If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or overwhelming emotional distress, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — free, confidential, and available 24/7.
You can also text HOME to 741741 (Spanish: HOLA) to reach the Crisis Text Line.
Resource Libraries
For anything beyond what this work is designed to offer — mental health conditions, trauma, addiction and recovery, grief, relationships, or finding a licensed professional — these two libraries are a trusted place to start:
➤ National Mental Health Resource Library →
Trusted national organizations across mental health conditions, trauma, addiction, grief, and specialized communities.
➤ Southwest Montana Mental Health & Community Resource Library →
Local Bozeman, Gallatin County, and Southwest Montana resources, plus statewide and virtual options.
Inclusion in either library does not endorse any specific organization, provider, or treatment approach. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
With love for your journey,
